He obtained his dental degrees BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) at the University of Liverpool School of Dental and Oral Surgery, England and DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) at the Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery, USA. Dr. Chow's strong passion for continuing education and teaching has granted him many prestigious appointments and fellowships early in his career.
